Hannah Group 3rd Yukon Kennel Club June 9, 2017

 

 Hannah is a lovely Rhodesian Ridgeback and is our resident redhead here at Colray.  She comes to us from our dear friends in Ontario Christina Ayre & Heather Allison.  Christina and I have been friends for many years (she had a weim too from our original breeder)  when she aquired Maeve, hannah's dam, we watched the dynamic duo concure the show ring and raise up to #2 & 3 Rhodesian Ridgeback in Canada.  Maeve is an outstanding ridgeback in type and temperment when we heard she was having her final litter we were very blessed when Christina & Heather offered to co-own Hannah with us.  We couldn't be happier with this girl.  She fits in right at home with the weimaraners.  She is sweet, sassy and VERY stubborn but is a gentle soul.  

Hannah has hit the show ring and boy did she turning heads.  At the Yukon Kennel Club show Hannah earned 4 championship points!  Gaining a Hound Group 3rd & 4th placement and going Best of breed over Specials2 out of 3 shows.  Hannah loves the spotlight and will be heading to Alaska .  Well we took Alaska by storm Hannah headed out to the Tannana Valley kennel club show in May/18 and over the weekend took 3 4pt majors to finish off her American Championship.  She then went on to gain 4 more championship points at the yukon kennel club show in summer 2019 with 2 Group 2 wins and finished off her Canadian Championship in Alberta that summer.  Hannah is now enjoying retirement from the showing and we hope to one day have a litter with her
